Conditions of Eligibility
Your new home is eligible for the 12 month week build guarantee, if you meet the following eligibility criteria:
Terms
Should you qualify, WA Building Company guarantees to complete the construction of your home within 12 months from Slab down. This timeframe does not include any temporary business closure periods (such as over Christmas). You will be notified of any temporary business closure periods in writing.
In the event that the course of construction is delayed by no fault of WA Building Company, your 12 month build guarantee will be voided and an extension of time will be implemented. Some of these faults may include but are not limited to:
In the event that there is a disagreement about the quality and/or completion of works, that causes any delays to payment and/or construction, the build timeframe guarantee period will be put on hold until a resolution is reached. Should the resolution be in favour of you, your build guarantee period will recommence on the day of resolution and if the resolution is in favour of WA Building Company WA, the build guarantee will be voided.
Earthworks and other site preparations required prior to commencement of the build are not included in the 12 month build guarantee timeframe. The construction time will commence on the day that the slab progress claim is sent to you (Week 0) and construction will conclude on the day of ‘Practical Completion’, as defined in your building contract.
Should your Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) be delayed by no fault of WA Building Company WA, the building timeframe will cease on the true day of Practical Completion, as notified by the Builder.
The name of the promotion(s) is ‘$0 Savings House and Land Packages’ and ‘No Lenders Mortgage Insurance’

The promoter of the Promotion is Materon Investments t/a WA Building Company (“Promoter”).
Promotion Period
The Promotion commences from 1st April 2018 and runs until 31st May 2018
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Promotion, a person must:
Be looking to build with WA Building Company; and
Successfully enter, or be about to successfully enter, into a building contract with WA Building Company, at a date after the commencement date of this Promotion and within the Promotion Period.
Should there be two or more persons that enter into one (1) contract with WA Building Company, for the purposes of the Promotion they are to be viewed as one client (and therefore only eligible to one payment of $10,000).
Payment
As part of the Promotion, WA Building Company will provide eligible persons with a $10,000 lump sum payment. This can occur via:
$10,000 being paid to a bank account nominated by the client at settlement
Termination
In the event the client subsequently terminates the building contract with WA Building Company, or does not enter into a building contract with WA Building Company, or WA Building Company cancels the contract due to a breach from the client, the client agrees, regardless of the reason of termination, to refund the full value of the Promotion to WA Building Company

As part of the Promotion, WA Building Company will provide eligible persons with a $10,000 lump sum payment. This can occur via:

2. The competition is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of WA Building Company and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
